Insurances and Financing
Omni Dental Group® takes most plans under the insurance types of PPO/indemnity (also called fileable insurance), Manage Care Plans, and reduced fee plans. Below is a list of the most commonly used insurances. We suggest you call your insurance carrier or our office to make sure we are a contracted (in-network) provider for your particular insurance plan.
PPO/Indemnity: Aetna, Cigna, Delta Premier and Preferred, Dental Select (Gold, Silver, Platinum), GEHA, Guardian, and Metlife
Managed Care Plans: Aetna DMO, Cigna DMO, Delta Care, Guardian Managed Dental Guard [MDG], Assurant (aka Fortis, Legend, Heritage, Peak, Pinnacle, or United Healthcare), and Safe guard.
Reduced Fee Plans: Ameriplan and Caerington
All PPO Medicare Advantage plans
All Medicaid programs under age 21
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients’ convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
